Did you know that a company can put hundreds of chemicals into a product and simply list them as one ingredient?

Fragrance

That’s it.

Many synthetic fragrances can contain phthalates, which are linked to hormone disruption, reproductive concerns, altered testosterone levels, and developmental effects. Fragranced products also release VOCs (volatile organic compounds), which may contribute to headaches, respiratory irritation, dizziness, and other symptoms.

Yet we spray them on our clothes.

Sleep in them.

Wash our sheets with them.

And breathe them in all day long

The average person has no idea what “fragrance” actually means on a label.

As awareness grows, I believe we need better transparency and better options. Health is our greatest wealth

Just as we have symbols for pet-friendly, smoke-free, and wheelchair-accessible spaces, I would love to see Airbnb and other hospitality platforms adopt a Fragrance-Free Certified symbol.

For many people, a fragrance free environment isn’t a luxury, it’s a health consideration.

The future of wellness is about cleanliness internal and external and awareness of what goes into our orifices

Its about creating spaces where people can breathe cleaner air, reduce unnecessary chemical exposure, and make informed choices about their health that are readily available

Transparency should required, lets create more awareness around cancer causing and health destroying products average people lather themselves with on the daily.

Our retreat center in Guatemala has 0 authentic chemicals, none in the cool ware, cotton sheets, natural soaps and detergents, red and incandescent lighting, no seed oils and we even turn the wifi off at night!

It’s pretty crazy when a person living a life filled with toxins comes, they notice a massive change!

Here’s some nice treatment techniques for the foot. Getting a new set of wheels is the best!! I especially love when you treat the feet it completely drains energy from the head and grounds you!

Muscle testing is one of the fastest ways to tap into the subconscious mind.

Your conscious mind can lie, justify, and overthink.

Your body doesn’t.
Sub = below, therefore sub conscious means below the conscious, which is our body.

Every experience, emotion, belief, and memory is stored within your nervous system. Through muscle testing, we can bypass the analytical mind and access deeper layers of information that the body is holding onto.

I’ve used muscle testing to uncover hidden stressors, emotional blocks, nutritional needs, and patterns that were affecting healing.

When used properly, muscle testing becomes a powerful tool for accessing the wisdom that’s already within you.

Practice, some techniques work better for certain people then others, test when hydrated.

Had a great treatment from my buddy in Miami last week, helped me release a lot of stuff!

Here’s some snippets from the session we did! Was a super unique approach and it was very effective, highly recommend if you’re in south florida!

These oils are less than a year old and im still experimenting with them, the liver was made to treat the Chinese medicine liver functions primary to move Qi and blood (which is why this great speeded up my recovery), help with vision in life, (eyesight, purpose and clarity) and to support emotions.

I was blown away how much it helped my knee almost instantly, Turns out it’s extremely powerful for the moving of stagnation! I will now make it a practice on massaging onto my muscles after workouts to speed recovery!

We put a lot of prayer, blessings and love intention while formulating these with Dr Nick, we also used gold, silver, structioning technologies and vibrational tuning and other practices to make these the highest vibrational oils ever
