I have been on a quiet CONTENT FAST. Less scrolling. Less consuming. Less taking in everyone else’s opinions, strategies, and noise.

More listening. More feeling. More being in my body.
More space for what is actually true for me.

To me, this is a sacred practice in the life of an EMPOWERED CREATOR.

Because when we are constantly filled with external input, it becomes harder to hear the deeper signal moving through us.

We risk creating from repetition instead of revelation. From performance instead of presence. From copycat energy instead of authentic expression.

A CONTENT FAST helps clear the channel. It creates space to return to the open instrument of the body, mind, and heart. To notice what wants to move. To create from a centred and embodied truth.

💗 This is deeply connected to the season I am in right now…

I am in my homelands for 6 weeks, spending time with family and loved ones, taking intentional pauses in productivity and social media.

I am letting myself be with what is arising. The memories, the tenderness, the themes asking to be felt and integrated. The layers that are ready to spiral upward and be carried forward into what comes next.

🎨 This season feels like CLEARING THE CANVAS FOR MY NEXT CYCLE OF CREATION.

And I am trusting that what comes from this space will be truer, cleaner, and more alive than anything I could have created by staying plugged into the noise.

😝Creator ‘cringe’… I don’t always get it right. Most of the time, actually, I don’t. 🤪

But I do allow the creative flow of the moment to move through me anyway… giving less and less f***s what others will think.

Almost every time I look back on my expressions of the not so distant past, there’s equal parts cringe and compassion.

I am never the same person I was.
I often disagree with this yesterday version of me.
I’d love to edit it all to perfection.
I’m tempted to delete every awkward iteration.
But I don’t.
I simply cringe, smile, notice what wants to be noticed, and move on… seeing the growth in it all.
Enjoying the wild and messy process of creative expression.

Let this be a friendly nudge to ditch the inner critic and express yourself, no matter how perfectly imperfect it may be. 😉
