Wrapping up Infertility Awareness Month with one last powerful share 💛

S.L. wishes she knew earlier that infertility can happen to anyone, even when you have regular cycles and normal test results.

Her advice: Everyone’s journey is different, but prioritise your mental health, be kind to yourself, and surround yourself with people who understand.

Last month in June was Infertility Awareness Month, but a few more community members are here to continue the conversation 💛

Every infertility journey is different and it’s a lot more of an emotional rollercoaster than anyone can really tell you.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions with your doctors and lean on them, take time for yourself, and set boundaries.

Last week, I had hosted a small group of wonderful women in their early 30s for an honest, open talk what I call an “Ovul circle.”

They’re exploring big life decisions like having kids or freezing eggs. Taking these first steps allows them to start taking control of their fertility journey.

Together, we created a supportive space to share, reflect, and learn how to prepare mentally and physically.

Knowledge builds confidence and creating meaningful community spaces like this can make the journey much easier.
