病毒活躍期 - 更提醒我們從環境開始守護健康

近日 TVB 新聞報道指出，本港新冠病毒及流感持續活躍，過去數周更錄得新冠相關死亡個案。醫生亦提醒，即使症狀較輕，亦不應掉以輕心，尤其長者、幼童及免疫力較弱人士更需提高警覺。

面對病毒，我們未必能完全避免接觸，但可以透過良好的個人衛生習慣，以及營造更潔淨的生活和工作環境，為自己和身邊的人多添一份保障。

A recent TVB News report highlighted that COVID-19 and seasonal influenza remain active in Hong Kong. Health experts also reminded the public not to underestimate respiratory illnesses, even when symptoms appear mild, particularly for older adults, young children, and those with weakened immune systems.

近期傳染病個案提醒我們：良好的衛生習慣，從日常做起

香港特區政府近日公布多宗傳染病個案，再次提醒大家，保持良好的個人及環境衛生，是守護自己和家人健康的重要一環。
無論是在家中、辦公室、學校，還是公共場所，都可以從日常小習慣開始：

✔️ 勤洗手，保持個人衛生。
✔️ 定期清潔及消毒經常接觸的表面。
✔️ 保持室內空氣流通。
✔️ 如身體不適，應遵從衞生防護建議。

The Hong Kong SAR Government recently reported several infectious disease cases, reminding us that maintaining good personal and environmental hygiene remains essential in our daily lives.

Whether at home, in the workplace, at school, or in public spaces, simple habits can make a meaningful difference:

✔️ Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
✔️ Maintain good ventilation where possible.
✔️ Follow the latest public health advice when feeling unwell.
