【預防季節性流感 儘早接種疫苗💉】

接種流感疫苗要趁早！年滿六個月或以上人士，除非有已知禁忌症，建議每年接種季節性流感疫苗，為自己同家人築起健康防線。接種後需約兩星期才能產生足夠抗體，宜盡早安排，早打早安心！🛡

地區康健中心/站現時為18歲或以上人士提供接種季節性流感疫苗服務，想了解疫苗接種資訊及預約方法，可以聯絡你附近嘅地區康健中心/站：https://www.dhc.gov.hk/tc/siv.html

We are @ Lamma Island！Early Detection, Early Treatment — Don’t miss it! 💙

The Islands District Health Centre Express, together with The Church of Christ in China Lamma Church, is holding a Health Day at Yung Shue Wan.

Eligible Hong Kong residents can register as members and learn more about the following health services:

🩺 Diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol screening�
✅ For Hong Kong residents aged 45 or above with no known history of diabetes or hypertension�
✅ Doctor consultation and blood test

🧪 Hepatitis B screening�
✅ Free HBsAg rapid diagnostic test for eligible residents�
✅ Participants with a positive result will receive further screening, laboratory tests and a family doctor consultation

Date: 16 September 2026 (Wednesday)�
Time: 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.�
Lunch break: 12:30–1:30 p.m.�

離島地區康健站於中華基督教會林馬堂舉行健康外展服務日，合資格人士可即場免費登記成為會員，並瞭解慢性疾病共同治理計劃及相關篩查服務。

🔍 篩查服務

1️⃣ 糖尿病、高血壓及膽固醇篩查�適合以下人士：
✅ 45歲或以上香港居民
✅ 未知患有糖尿病或高血壓�📌 篩查包括醫生診症及抽血化驗

2️⃣ 乙型肝炎篩查�適合以下人士：
✅ 1988年或以前出生的香港居民
✅ 家人或伴侶為慢性乙型肝炎患者
✅ 未知患有慢性乙型肝炎
✅ 未曾完成乙型肝炎疫苗接種
📌 可接受免費乙型肝炎表面抗原快速測試；如測試結果呈陽性，家庭醫生將安排進一步篩查、化驗及診症。

The Islands District Health Centre Express will provide Seasonal Influenza Vaccination services at its Core Centre. Eligible persons can receive vaccination free of charge to protect their own health and that of their families.

Eligible groups under the Vaccination Subsidy Scheme:
✅Hong Kong residents aged 50 or above, based on year of birth
✅Persons aged 18 to 49 with chronic medical conditions
✅Eligible persons aged 18 to 49 with intellectual disabilities or disabilities
✅Poultry workers and persons engaged in pig farming or pig-slaughtering industries, with valid supporting documents required

🗓Vaccination dates:
• 22 September 2026
• 29 September 2026
• 6 October 2026
• 13 October 2026

⏰Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
📍Venue: Islands DHC Express Core Centre
Block B, Lot 2536, Ha Ling Pei, Tung Chung

✅50歲或以上香港居民（以出生年份計算)
✅18至49歲長期病患人士
✅18至49歲合資格的智障或傷殘人士
✅家禽業從業員、從事養豬和屠宰豬隻行業的人士 (需出示有效證明)
