Rainbow is a certified Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation teacher as well as a Reiki Master specialising in energy healing and alignment. Through mindful movement and energy work, Rainbow leads her students to explore their inner world, to align with their body, mind and soul. As a compassionate being, Rainbow is good at gently guiding people on their own unique journeys creating healthier patterns an

d beliefs about themselves. She has been teaching and offering around the globe throughout her traveling from Asia to the Middle East and from Europe to America. You can find her in-person Reiki treatments at Ahau Tulum, Alaya Tulum, Yäan Healing Sanctuary and Qifulness Tulum; and her yoga classes at Ikal Tulum and Selina Tulum Beach. Since her intention to share and teach do not recognize any time or distance limitations, she also offers online classes and distant Reiki treatments for her overseas students and clients.

I love to move slowly. Every movement every breath becomes the current wrapping around me with intention and embrace.

I fall in love with this conscious flow, when my presence turns into deep, quiet body awareness.

If you know me, alignment is always my heart’s practice:

finding that subtle balance,

not forcing anything,

but using this body awareness to gently turn on the lights.

Feeling those quiet shifts, guided only by intention and soft redirection.

Nothing but a loving, internal dialogue with myself.

In that sacred space, prana flows so freely, that every pose becomes an act of pure, loving presence. 🫶🏼
