【家中長者夜晚去廁所，你最擔心邊一步？】

最近很多人討論獨居長者改廁所防跌。防滑磚、扶手、夜燈、平門檻很重要；但對部分長者來說，風險不只在廁所內，還包括半夜由床邊行去廁所、等人扶、或使用普通便椅後要倒便盆、清洗和處理氣味的過程。

allcareAI ACR8 是香港研發的智能流動乾廁，免駁水、免安裝、可推近床邊；用後會自動包裹及密封污物，減少倒便盆、清洗、氣味及照顧者接觸污物。它不是代替家人、工人、義工、醫護或家居防跌裝修，而是希望成為家居照護其中一個工具。

我們現正收集「家庭照顧者／長者家屬」的家居照護需要。

即使現階段可部署數量有限，我們仍希望先了解香港家庭最需要 ACR8 的真實場景，因為這些登記會直接幫助我們規劃：

1. 下一批家用示範／試用安排；
2. 家居照護供應排期；
3. NGO、院舍、家居照護公司、復康團隊及其他合作伙伴的轉介或試點模式；
4. 日後租用、耗材、維修、培訓及上門支援安排；
5. 哪些長者情況較適合優先評估。

如果你正在照顧的長者有以下情況，歡迎先登記：

・夜晚去廁所怕跌倒；
・家中洗手間離睡床較遠；
・仍坐得起，但等人扶去廁所經常等不及；
・普通便椅有氣味、清潔或倒便盆困難；
・長者抗拒長期使用尿片，希望保留較有尊嚴的如廁方式；
・子女或家屬不一定每日在身邊，但希望先了解可行的家居照護工具；
・正在比較家居照護、院舍、家居改裝或上門照護方案。

重要說明：

ACR8 並非每位長者都適合。若長者坐姿不穩、完全臥床、需要多人搬移、近期曾跌倒、或有急性健康情況，必須先由醫護、治療師或照護團隊評估。

提交登記不代表預訂、保留產品、正式報價、獲批資助或即時供應安排。現階段不需付款。我們會按長者活動能力、照護場景、地區、使用需要、供應排期及合作伙伴進度跟進。

家庭照顧者填表指引：
請在「查詢身份」選擇「家庭照顧者／長者家屬／個人照顧者」。如某些機構欄位不適用，可填「不適用」。請不要提供長者身份證號碼、病歷編號、完整住址、相片或醫療文件。
