Mindful Living Network started off as Mindful Eating Lifestyles Limited. The Managing Director, Julie Chiu has found other beneficial uses of mindfulness besides eating. For example, mindfulness can be used to reduce stress, balance work/life, enhance relationships (personal & professional), improve health & well being, etc. So "Mindful Living Network" was born. :) Julie is so excited in sharing this approach with anyone struggling in creating balance, peace, & happiness in their lives.
