非常感謝北區聯青社的邀請，讓我們有機會為一群特別的孩子和家長創造療癒時光。🌿

也要特別感謝各協辦單位的鼎力支持，攜手為 SEN 學生與照顧者呈獻了兩場《親子香氣頌缽聲頻放鬆體驗》。

看見家長與孩子們在頌缽的聲頻共振中慢慢放鬆，在精油香氣環繞下深呼吸、靜下來，彼此依靠、互相滋養 — 那種安靜卻深刻的連結，正是我們最想守護的溫柔瞬間。

每一個凝視的眼神，每一次會心的微笑，都在訴說：照顧好自己，才有力量繼續同行。💜

期待未來繼續以更多不同的形式，讓更多家庭將Wellness 融入生活之中。

Thank you so much to the Y’s Men’s Club of New Territories North for inviting us to create a healing experience for a special group of children and their parents. 🌿

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the practitioners for their strong support, as we joined forces to present two sessions of the “Parent-Child Aromatic Singing Relaxation Experience” for SEN students and their caregivers.

Seeing the parents and children gradually relax in the resonance of the sound bowls, breathing deeply amidst the aroma of essential oils, leaning on each other, and nourishing one another—this quiet yet profound connection is the gentle moment we cherish most.

Every gaze, every knowing smile tells the story: taking care of ourselves gives us the strength to continue walking together. 💜
