//【姿勢影響體態】任何人在駝著背的情況下坐着,肚子都一定會擠出一堆肉及皮的🤰🏻這是正常人體力學!沒有人的姿勢能全日24小時都保持畢直完美的,再加上大多公交的坐位本身的設計就不符合人體工學,要長期坐得好看實在太難了。(這點如果大家有興趣我再另外拍片解釋更多吧!)
💃🏼🕺🏼身體本就是設計來自由活動去做出不同姿勢的,不需要因為要漂亮就整天挺直腰子!感到疲累時適時的放鬆及懶惰是很合理及正常的啊!🤓
