1. 薑黃拿鐵Turmeric Latte/Golden Milk
材料 Ingredients:
• 薑黃粉 Turmeric Powder ½ -1茶匙 tsp
• 杏仁牛奶Almond Milk 8安士 oz
• 少許黑胡椒 Black Pepper
• 紅糖調味 Brown Sugar
做法Instructions:
• 將所有材料混合在一起加熱,攪拌至有點起泡後,即可飲用。
• Mix all the ingredients together, heat it up and stir until slightly foamed.
2. 薑黃茶 Tumeric Tea
材料 Ingredients
• 薑黃粉 Turmeric Powder ½ 茶匙 tsp
• 生薑Ginger Slides 3片 pieces
• 檸檬Lemon 3-4片 pieces
• 蜂蜜Honey 1-2茶匙 tsp
做法 Instructions:
• 將薑黃粉及生薑片放入熱開水,靜置5-10分鐘,加入鮮擠的檸檬汁及蜂蜜,攪拌均勻。
• Put turmeric powder and ginger slices in hot water, let stand for 5-10 minutes, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey, and stir well.
3. 薑黃炒蔬菜Stir fried vegetables with Turmeric.
• 炒蔬菜時,撒少許薑黃粉一起炒拌

4. 薑黃飯Turmeric Golden Rice
材料 Ingredients
• 薑黃粉 Turmeric Powder 1½ 茶匙 tps
• 生薑Ginger 2片 pieces
• 白米Rice 1.5 米杯 cups
• 蒜頭Garlic 2 瓣 pieces
• 水Water 1.8 米杯 cups
• 油 oil ,鹽 salt,黑胡椒 black pepper 適量 reasonable amount
做法 Instructions:
• 將生薑及蒜頭切成蓉,白米洗淨瀝乾,備用;將鑊加熱,倒少許食油,後加入薑蓉、蒜蓉爆香。
• 再加入薑黃粉及白米拌勻後熄火,將以上材料加入電飯煲中,加水,開始煮熟米飯。
• 飯熟後加入少量鹽及黑椒粉調味即可。
