With a deep interest in the potential of a true holistic approach to wellness for women, I use the Transpersonal space to guide my clients towards wholeness. My expertise is in supporting women going through life transitions. I guides my clients through these, sometimes, challenging passages and together we transform them into opportunities for personal growth and self-actualization.

A question I am often asked by clients: what do I do with anger, fear, grief or shame?

Often if the emotion feels overwhelming, it will require the safe container and slow process of a therapeutic space.

Nonetheless, bringing curiosity to were we feel emotions in our bodies and getting acquainted with how they manifest themselves, is a first step into reconnecting with our feely side, the part of us that makes us feel alive 💜

A simple practice: take few minutes every day to write the sensations you feel in your body (buzzing, fluttering, heaviness, numbness, pulsation..)

The moon played hide and seek as we walked down 🤩

Everybody was out for the full moon, we encountered two monkey tribes and a family of boars 🐒🐗 completely unbothered by our presence.

Never thought I would enjoy nighthikes as much as I do these days. Love the deeper connection with nature through other senses in the dark. 💜🌿🦋 Just have to get over walking through spider webs 😱🕸️
