上次係桑拿房，今次加多兩個凍缸。成個空間嘅設計、佈局同配套工程同步完成，由桑拿到冰水恢復，一氣呵成。
🧊【空間・設計・佈局】
✅桑拿房與凍缸相鄰設置，打造 「熱療→冷療」無縫銜接嘅恢復流程
✅兩個凍缸獨立設置，滿足騎師高用量需求
✅凍缸區配備階梯及扶手，出入安全就手
✅桑拿房與凍缸之間預留充足走動空間，唔會焗促
✅整體色調以簡約木色配冷調不銹鋼，視覺上平衡「冰」與「火」嘅感覺

✅凍缸配備 iCoolsport 專業冷水機，精確鎖定水溫 2-4°C
✅獨立供電及排水系統，應付每日高強度使用
✅通風及散熱方案按會所環境度身規劃
✅全機海洋級防銹材質，耐用可靠

Hong Kong Jockey Club — a dedicated hot-cold therapy space for jockeys 🧊🔥
Last time it was the sauna. This time, we added two ice baths. The entire space — design, layout, and supporting engineering — all came together, from sauna to ice recovery, seamlessly integrated.
🧊【Space・Design・Layout】
✅Sauna and ice baths placed side by side — creating a "heat → cold" recovery flow without interruption
✅Two independent ice baths for high-volume jockey use
✅Steps and handrails at the ice bath area — safe and easy access
✅Ample circulation space between sauna and ice baths — never cramped
✅Overall palette of warm timber and cool stainless steel — visually balancing "fire" and "ice"

✅Ice baths powered by iCoolsport professional chillers — precise temperature control at 2-4°C
✅Dedicated power supply and drainage system — built for daily heavy use
✅Ventilation and heat dissipation tailored to the clubhouse environment

🏇【Why this design?】
Jockeys train daily — muscle fatigue is part of the routine. Sauna to relax muscles, then ice bath to reduce inflammation — contrast therapy is one of the most effective recovery methods for elite athletes.
The entire space — from layout to supporting systems — was designed around this flow.
