We combine our mobility exercises with flexibility training to increase our passive ranges of motion. Not only do we teach you about how your body is designed, but also how to maximise your stretches, as well as implement active components to your flexibility & mobility training.

Prehab & Rehab at Calibrate Studios

Do you have any lingering injuries that limit your day to day activities?

Prehab training works to strengthen and bulletproof your body, mitigating the damage of any potential injuries that may occur in your life span.

Rehab training on the other hand, focuses on alleviating pain symptoms, strengthening and building your capacity on your path to recovery. Rather than building you back to where you were pre-injury, we look to surpass that standard to minimise the risk of re-injury.

Our Post Natal sessions are taught by who is also currently 14 weeks pregnant with her second child! 👶🏼

As well as workshops that she hosts on an adhoc basis, you can join her Post Natal Strength Classes every Thursday 9:30am.

The class is designed to address the areas that tend to get neglected post-partum. Each session works to restrengthen areas that may have weakened during pregnancy. Strengthening your body through a combination of:

💚Joint mobility
💚Core stability
💚Full body strength exercises
 
Each class concludes with calming stretches to not only lengthen your muscles, but also help to calm the nervous system so that you can recover quickly.
 
An added bonus? Outside of the physical exercise, we work hard to foster a community that will support and address both the physical and emotional challenges that come with this early stage of parenthood. Babies are totally welcome to our classes!
