十分感謝 lululemon 的邀請,讓「淳頤堂」有機會把中醫養生文化帶入更豐富的層面,來一個「中醫 x 瑜伽 x 普拉提」的小小分享會。
在大眾的習慣裡,往往是身體感到不適時,才會尋求中醫的調理。但對我們而言,最珍貴的智慧其實在於「治未病」——在疾病或不適之前,透過日常的頤養來增強體質,達到預防的目的。
這次我們把中醫的經絡循行與穴位定點作為核心,希望讓老師與來賓們,能把深奧的中醫智慧,投放在瑜伽和普拉提的每一個動作與呼吸之間,透過不同的經絡疏通,真正感受到內在身體的流動與空間,找到一個真正屬於自己的 Space to Feel,擁抱這份向內探索的療癒力量。

A heartfelt thank you to lululemon for inviting our TCM Dr. Tsang to host an “East meets West” sharing session, bringing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into a whole new space.
While many seek TCM only when unwell, its true essence lies in “preventative wellness” (治未病)—nurturing the body daily to prevent discomfort before it begins.
This time we focused on meridian pathways and acupuncture points. Our goal was to help instructors and guests seamlessly integrate these deep TCM insights into every movement and breath of Yoga and Pilates. By unblocking different meridians, everyone could truly experience the inner flow and openness of their bodies, finding their very own Space to Feel and embracing the healing power of turning inward.
