30 days from now I aim to have my very first Hapū (Māori for sub-tribe) here in Hong Kong.
Things have been hard since the lockdown, and they don’t feel like they’re getting easier.
I sold my skillset as a premium 1-2-1 PT for over 30 years. I decided I wanted to make a bigger change. Help more men. Be of service. Make access to quality training more affordable. And get men talking about the things they honestly feel better talking about among men.
I chose fitness as the medium — not because a chat over a beer isn’t also helpful, but for some of the men I want to help, myself included, alcohol made things worse, not better.
I know that being a fitter, stronger version of yourself, and having a brother to lean on — that’s a solid foundation for helping us brothers speak up when we feel crushed by the world.
