We are absolutely in love with how the natural, vibrant colours turned out on our latest Pavlova. It’s like a slice of pure summer joy! ☀️✨

The Base: Crisp meringue on the outside, marshmallowy on the inside, topped with fresh whipped cream.

The Toppings: Piled high with sweet strawberries, plump raspberries, blueberries, and mini meringues.

The Twist: A touch of bright green from fresh lime to add that perfect, zesty pop of color.

The Edible Handbag Collection: 👜✨
Weeks of precision, hours of sculpting, and a whole lot of espresso later... the "Handbag Gala" is officially launched!
This project was a labour of love. We spent weeks hand-crafting every single mini handbag cupcake topper—down to the tiny "stitching" and metallic hardware—before diving into the main event: fully sculpted, hyper-realistic handbag cake.
There is nothing quite like the rush of carving a cake into a silhouette that looks like it belongs on a runway rather than a dessert table. Seeing it all come together for the event was the ultimate reward!
