Excited to find these plant based dishes in hotels! The chef did an amazing retouch by using in the “Wok-fried Vermicelli with Minced Omnipork, Olive Pickles and Pine Nuts”, and the “Omnipork Layer in Sweet and Sour Sauce” is a reason to visit again (cos impossible to try out all the dishes in one time).⠀

My gratitude to 牛角日本燒肉專門店 Hong Kong Gyu-Kaku and the founder Simon Wong who envisioned plant-based diet as a necessary shift to achieve a more sustainable food system. In a TV interview earlier he mentioned plant based menus were not making up a significant part of the sales yet he insisted this is the right thing to do. He have been launching Beyond Meat , Gardein and OmniPork 新豬肉 dishes in his restaurants . He earns my support as well as from many other conscientious consumers.

在香港這段非常時期，感謝黃傑龍先生的目光和承擔。在舊訪問中，他指即使素食菜式未佔明顯銷量，但這是值得且應該做的事。他經營的餐廳，包括牛角和溫野菜等，贏得年輕Gen Z 的支持。 剛看到他在 黃傑龍 Simon - 窮富翁 好人好事 的分享，特意留言記下。

To empower local women by incubating this HATCH Co-working Factory is a truly wonderful initiative instigated by a few brands including AIRLAND . Keynote : HATCH accepts client order that usually involves a small MQ and the products are made by local women who would come at a family-friendly flexible schedule. Therefore the products are all locally made, with high QA and supplementing an obvious market niche.

Currently 6 corporates are co-using this 5,000sq ft space, including the 良由集貨 Goods Co-Share which redistributes foods at a more affortable cost to grassroots, incentivised by big food dealers CSR. 晴媽媽手作工房 and Kimature 天然護膚 are among other corps that worth supporting and deserve lots more attention.

My 19M girl wants to try this Pizza so badly. Pizza Express is doing such a great job to work out an entire devoted green menu. I’m telling my daughter that its her own choice of diet but is a practical, sustainable and trendy diet type she should consider in future.
