Starts to be a bit cold in Hong Kong? That's the beauty of having seasons: use our winter clothes and cook comforting food! What about a warm and creamy Spinach soup?
At Ratatouille, spinach is a best seller and product we are so proud of. 100% organic, it's also very fragile, has to be cooked soon after delivery.

We do not use any plastic at Ratatouille. All products are packaged in food grade paper bags. In the same spirit, it's great to see farmers trying to ban plastic as much as possible. Instead of using the plastic cover to protects the crops, they use local tree's leaf. So much more work, almost "Haute couture", but so much nicer...

A simple and healthy meal prepared by a dear friend who visited Hong Kong recently. Red radish, eggplant "caviar", Arugula. It's all homemade with the Ratatouille products. Wish all our guest would have such creative skills ! She told me she was really impressed by the flavours and quality of the products. Thanks to the great job of traditional farmers in Thailand.

Last week end, fantastic healthy soup with lentils, carrots and turnip. Just warm with fresh coriander : a sublime combination of flavours. It's not always easy to find new recipes with turnip. This soup is a winner, kids ate the turnip without any hesitations!
