Weekends at STACKD looked a little different for us 👀 We had Gary, Jasper, and Felix courtside for the Ladies League Finals, helping players warm up, recover between matches, and keep their bodies moving through a long day of competition. Pickleball might look social from the outside… until the third match, tired legs, and sudden sprint to the kitchen line hits 😅 Always fun being part of communities like this and supporting athletes beyond the clinic setting. Big shoutout to and everyone who brought the energy all weekend.

6 months post-op update.
This time around, recovery feels very different.

After a revision ACL reconstruction + meniscus repair, I knew this wouldn’t just be about “getting back” quickly. It’s been a lot of rebuilding, relearning, and trusting the process again, even on the harder days.

Right now, the focus is on:
• rebuilding strength between both legs
• improving control and confidence in movement
• bringing power and explosiveness back gradually

A lot of rehab isn’t glamorous. It’s consistency, patience, and doing the small things properly over and over again.

I’ve still got a long road ahead, but we keep moving!

Most runners just run. That’s usually where the problems start. If you want to run faster, feel better, and stay consistent, you need more than miles - you need strength, control, and tendon capacity. This is the kind of work we build into our rehab and performance plans for runners. Do it consistently. That’s where the change happens.
