香港衛生服務界慶回歸、賀國慶慶祝晚會2026🎉

香港執業脊醫協會很榮幸今年再次獲邀成為籌委會成員之一。在崔紹漢博士的帶領下，來自十多個衛生服務界別的學會代表經過多個月的精心籌備，晚會圓滿舉行，場面盛大。

過去一年，香港執業脊醫協會繼續積極深化與各醫療專業界別的交流與協作。隨著脊醫在去年底正式全面開通「醫健通」，這項重要里程碑不僅標誌著脊醫更深度融入香港的公共醫療協作體系，也大大便利了跨專業界別的轉介與協同照顧。我們非常感謝各醫療專業團體一直以來給予脊醫的寶貴指導、政策支援和信任。

展望未來，CDAHK 將繼續與衛生服務界的同仁緊密並肩，攜手推動香港醫療服務的創新與發展。我們將繼續全力為業界爭取更完善的法定權益與發展空間，包括進一步推動簽發病假紙的法律認可、爭取脊醫服務逐步進入公營醫療系統等，為廣大市民提供更優質、更全面的醫療保障。

香港執業脊醫協會公共關係委員黎思駿脊醫，於剛過去的週末代表協會前往上海，出席第四屆中國國際脊骨神經醫學與脊柱健康高峰論壇。

是次峰會由國際脊骨神經科學會（ICA）及美國生命大學（Life University）聯合主辦，中國脊骨神經科協會（CAC）協辦，並由金脊健（上海）健康管理有限公司承辦。

會上重點探討脊骨神經醫學在中國醫院的發展與應用，以及如何與中醫、西醫協同發展。來自各地的講者亦分享多項脊骨神經醫學技術的最新研究，包括 CBP、NET、FuncNeuro 及兒科脊骨神經醫學等，並示範臨床評估流程。是次行程內容充實、收穫豐富。我們期待繼續推動脊骨神經醫學專業發展，邁向更多新進展。

On behalf of CDAHK, Dr. Anthony Lai, Public Relations Committee attended the 4th China International Chiropractic and Spinal Health Summit in Shanghai this past weekend. Key discussions focused on the development and utilisation of chiropractic in China’s hospitals, along side Traditional Chinese and Western medicine.

The summit was jointly organized by the International Chiropractors Association (ICA) and Life University, co-organized by the China Chiropractic Association (CAC), and hosted by Jin Ji Jian (Shanghai) Health Management Co., Ltd.

Speakers shared the latest research and insights on various chiropractic techniques, including CBP, NET, Functional Neurology, and pediatric chiropractic, along with demonstrations of clinical assessment protocols.

It was a productive visit, and we look forward to continuing our efforts in advancing the chiropractic profession.

香港執業脊醫協會很榮幸受邀出席由香港貿易發展局主辦的「家電‧家居‧博覽2026」。活動當日，公共關係委員黎思駿脊醫及註冊脊醫吳政諺為現場觀眾帶來一場實用的健康講座，分享如何選擇合適的床褥和枕頭，以及在家工作時預防和改善頸部、肩膀及腰部不適的方法。

兩位脊醫從日常生活習慣入手，深入淺出地講解睡眠姿勢、身體承托、枕頭高度、床褥軟硬度等選購重點，並分析久坐、長時間低頭使用電子產品等習慣對脊椎健康的影響，將專業脊椎健康知識帶入社區。

香港執業脊醫協會一直致力推廣脊椎健康教育，鼓勵大眾從生活細節入手，建立更健康、舒適及符合人體工學的家居習慣。未來，協會將繼續積極參與社區活動，推廣「預防勝於治療」的健康理念，與大眾一同守護脊椎健康。

CDAHK was honored to be invited to attend the Home Delights Expo 2026, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Public Relations Committee Dr. Anthony Lai and registered chiropractor Dr. Jeffrey Ng delivered a fun and practical health talk to the audience. They shared insights on how to choose the right mattress and pillow, as well as ways to prevent and improve neck, shoulder, and lower back discomfort while working from home.

The two chiropractors shared practical advice on sleeping posture, body support, pillow height, mattress firmness, and the impact of prolonged sitting and device use on spinal health.

CDAHK remains committed to promoting spinal health education, encouraging healthier ergonomic habits, and advancing the message that “prevention is better than cure” through ongoing community engagement.

香港執業脊醫協會由主席林嘉慧脊醫代表，於8月3日參與特區政府舉辦的 *《香港首個五年規劃》及《2026年施政報告》［醫務衛生］諮詢會*，積極為業界發聲，全力爭取將脊醫全面納入香港的基層醫療藍圖。

我們較早前已正式提交書面建議書，促請政府將脊醫融入公營醫療生態系統，同時針對市面上不受監管的痛症中心提出嚴正關注，保障公眾健康與病人安全。

在是次會議中，協會提出三個核心建議：

1️⃣建立脊醫「主動分流」機制：由脊醫作分流點，減輕公營骨科輪候壓力，提升勞動力產出，避免輕症拖成重症。
2️⃣強化地區康健中心（DHC）：引入脊醫對學童進行早期脊椎側彎篩查，以及對長者進行防跌平衡篩查，減低跌倒風險。
3️⃣ 融入大灣區醫療協同：配合「十五五」規劃，將香港高標準的脊醫服務轉化為大灣區標杆，為跨境養老港人提供無縫健康管理。

歡迎各會員積極在網上提交個人意見（截止日期為 8月14日），一起為市民得到更全面的社區醫療發聲。

CDAHK, represented by Chairman Dr. Kary Lam, participated on August 3 in the HKSAR Government Consultation Session on the "First Five-Year Plan for Healthcare" and the "2026 Policy Address" (Health). We actively spoke up for the industry and advocated to have chiropractors included in Hong Kong's primary healthcare blueprint.

Earlier, we formally submitted a written proposal urging the government to integrate chiropractors into the public healthcare ecosystem, while raising serious concerns regarding unregulated pain centers on the market to safeguard public health and patient safety.

During this meeting, CDAHK put forward three core recommendations:

1️⃣ Establish a Chiropractic "Active Triage" Mechanism: Position chiropractors as triage points to reduce public orthopaedic waiting times, enhance workforce productivity, and prevent minor conditions from developing into severe ones.
2️⃣ Strengthen District Health Centres (DHCs): Introduce chiropractors for early scoliosis screening and management for students, as well as balance screening for fall prevention among the elderly, thereby reducing fall risks.
3️⃣ Integrate Greater Bay Area Healthcare Synergy: Align with the "15th Five-Year Plan" to transform Hong Kong's high-standard chiropractic services into a GBA benchmark, providing seamless health management for Hong Kong residents retiring across the border.

We welcome all members to actively submit your personal views online (deadline: August 14), and let us speak up together so that citizens can attain more comprehensive community healthcare.

Cross-Disciplinary Exchange · Co‑Creating the Future: CDAHK Visits The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong

CDAHK representatives Dr. Kary Lam, Dr. Jacky Yeung, and Dr. Anthony Lai visited The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong today as part of the Joint Conference of Hong Kong Healthcare Professional Organizations.

We thank Professor Bian Zhaoxiang, Hospital Chief Executive, and his team for their warm arrangements and for sharing insights into the hospital’s operations and interprofessional collaboration model.
