We are looking to working with individuals who are interested in vegan cooking, bread making and appreciates the limitations and possibilities of cooking with seasonal & local produce.

As a small team we work closely and share responsibilities and roles, so we hope to find someone who can work as a team, eager to learn and enjoy working under this work structure.

We can’t talk enough about our handmade pasta. If you’ve dined with us before, you know that our commitment to crafting fresh pasta is a staple of our menu. From orecchiette to farfalle, cavatelli, ravioli, agnolotti, and trofie, we’ve explored a variety of shapes and flavors.

Handmade pasta isn’t just a tradition for us; it’s a joy to create, and the taste speaks for itself.

This month, we’re excited to introduce a beautifully shaped pasta called lorighittas. These intricately braided noodles are paired with a luscious pumpkin butter cream sauce, jackfruit tomato XO sauce, and a delicate saffron foam. Join us to experience this special dish!

Falling in love with winter melon this summer! This variety, known as green-skinned winter melon (青皮大冬瓜), is a unique Hong Kong gem. Its firm flesh boasts a distinct flavor, making it ideal for serving cool. Rice is a staple in countless kitchens, but the high demand often drives large-scale, machine-driven production.

In Hong Kong, rice planting is a niche practice where farmers grow rice by hand in small batches to preserve quality and tradition. I had the privilege of witnessing the first batch planted this March.

Before planting, the field must be cleared, and seeds soaked. Once the seedlings are ready, they’re spread in a seedbed to grow before being transplanted into the field. It takes a lot of labor and hard work to cultivate the pearl-white grains we enjoy on our plates every day.

Its inspiring to see how the crop is thriving and to deepen my appreciation for the slow food approach to farming.

Had a truly wonderful weekend with and friends at our Summer Farm Feast. It’s always a joy to reconnect with familiar faces outside the studio kitchen, and it was a fantastic opportunity to meet new friends as well!

This weekend, we created a seasonal four-course menu using minimal cooking methods to highlight these farm-fresh ingredients. All the produce we used came from , and I’m grateful to have met the farmer behind such a diverse array of high-quality products.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been learning from farmers and am excited to share my passion for local, seasonal produce. I believe food has a unique power to bring people together, and it’s thrilling to see so many eager to learn about local farms. I can’t wait to share more through upcoming events!
