在2025年,我地為香港中文大學地理與資源管理學系打造全新視覺識別,從舊有具象圖像轉化為以漢字「地」為核心的幾何符號,凝練學系「地、圖、資源管理」的專業本質。標誌結構融入經緯線與地塊分區語彙,呼應地理資訊系統、空間數據及城市與區域規劃等研究範疇,並延展成靈活的方格圖紋系統,於文具、宣傳與紀念品上形成一致而富節奏感的版面語言。清新的草綠與碧海藍勾勒當代學院氣質,在自然環境與智慧城市意象之間取得平衡,強化學系於全球可持續發展議題中的前瞻定位。

【 CUHK Department of Geography and Resource Management | Brand Identity Design 】
We are thrilled to present the new brand identity for CUHK’s Department of Geography and Resource Management (GRM). The new identity evolving from a figurative logo into a geometric symbol centred on the Chinese character “地”, distilling the department’s focus on geography, mapping and resource management.

The mark integrates latitude–longitude lines and land‑parcel divisions to echo key research areas such as GIS, geospatial data and urban and regional planning. Extending from the logo, a flexible grid‑based graphic system creates a consistent yet rhythmic visual language across stationery, communications and memorabilia.

Fresh grass‑green and sea‑blue tones convey a contemporary academic character, balancing references to the natural environment and smart cities, and highlighting the department’s forward‑looking role in global sustainable development.

【香港中文大學文物館.春分園遊會 2026|主視覺設計】
今年很高興為中文大學文物館「春分園遊會 2026」設計活動主視覺。
我們以簡約而具層次的視覺語言,為春日活動營造帶有現代感的詩意氛圍。
畫面以幾何圖形構成文物輪廓,將館藏文物元素演繹為現代視覺符號,同時加入「梅」與「菊」的意象,連結春分節氣與傳統文人美學。
配以碧綠、櫻粉、藤黃和橘紅的色調,為活動提升春日柔和氣息。

活動將於3月20、21及28日舉行,對藝術有興趣的朋友,不妨到中大體驗一下春分園遊樂趣!👨‍🎨 🌸 🌿

【 CUHK Art Museum . Spring Fest 2026 | Key Visual Design 】
We are glad to design the key visual for “Spring Fest 2026” at the Art Museum of The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Using a clean yet layered visual language, we aim to create a contemporary, poetic atmosphere for the spring programme.
Geometric forms outline the silhouettes of artefacts, translating elements from the museum collection into modern graphic symbols, while the motifs of plum blossom and chrysanthemum echo the spring mood and classical literati aesthetics.
With the palette of jade green, cherry pink and orange‑red further enhances the gentle spring atmosphere of the event.

This immersive experience transforms the conventional understanding of social sciences into a vibrant collection of masterpieces, each resonating with the essence of its corresponding discipline. On Info Day, students are invited to explore the "Museum of Social Science" — an exhibit that transcends traditional learning by combining academic exploration with artistic expression.

This initiative provides a comprehensive solution, covering event identity design, promotional materials, as well as booth and campus decorations. With a focus on "paperless sustainability," we've developed the T10 event management system, enabling students to effortlessly craft personalized schedules for Info Day.

Introducing the "Grains of Imagination" mooncake packaging series for Grindie, designed for this year's Mid-Autumn Festival. This project features three distinct gift boxes, each reflecting the fusion of skilled craftsmanship with modern innovation—a core philosophy of Grindie. Drawing inspiration from grainy textures, we crafted a visual narrative that captures the essence of traditional foods through a contemporary lens, celebrating the unique spirit of artisanship and creativity.

【 Mooncake Packaging Series | Grindie 】

今年為研香設計的月餅包裝系列,以「顆粒的幻想」作主題。其中一款流心芝麻月餅包裝,巧妙地融合了水墨藝術與中秋月餅。靈感來由現代水墨的抽象和靈動感,透過金、銀油墨勾勒出流暢的線條,猶如輕盈的墨韻在紙上盡情流動。

設計上更加入顆粒效果,仿若研磨芝麻的細膩粒子,讓人聯想到那香濃細滑的芝麻內餡。整體包裝選取深邃的黑色為背景,配合磨沙塗層,賦予觸感上的高雅質感。彰顯出傳統與現代的完美結合,讓人從視覺到味覺都能享受這場藝術與美食的饗宴。

This year, we have the packaging design project for Grindie, themed “Grains of Imagination.” . One of the design for the lava sesame mooncake, combines the new ink painting with the essence of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Using gold and silver inks, the design outlines fluid lines that evoke delicate ink rhythms gracefully flowing across paper.

The design incorporates a grainy texture, reminiscent of fine sesame particles. The overall packaging features a deep black background, enhanced with a frosted finish, adding a touch of elegance. This design seamlessly blends the new with the old, offering an artistic and gastronomic feast from both visual and taste perspectives.

【 Rebranding | Top Blade Steak Lab 】

Established in Hong Kong since 2017, Top Blade Steak Lab has been renowned for its premium steaks, creating a warm and quality dining experience for every customer. "Quality steak for all" remains at the heart of their mission. In this rebranding project, we aims to reposition Top Blade Steak Lab, revamping the visual identity system to reflect a high-quality yet playful image. The redesigned branding will ensure consistency from online to offline platforms.

Inspired by the concept of "connection and imagination," the new design retains the signature winding lines, transitioning from a bright yellow to a sophisticated Medium Red. With simplified lines and symbolic illustrations, Top Blade continues to be a place that connects steak enthusiasts, offering a delightful dining experience for all.

Top Blade Steak Lab 自2017年在香港屹立至今,主打高級牛扒。Top Blade 的創立,原意是打造一個高質而富人情味的扒房,讓每位顧客都能愉快地品嚐高質牛扒餐。Quality steak for all。 這次項目重點是要為Top Blade重新定位,調整品牌視覺識別系統,帶出高質且富趣味的形象的同時,確保這形象從線上至線下都能貫切如一。

設計靈感來自「連結與想像」的概念,沿用舊有的繞線特色,用色由鮮黃改為Medium Red,以簡化線條和具象徵性的圖案展現出Top Blade的核心價值。Top Blade 是一個連結牛扒愛好者的地方,亦是富趣味的鋸扒好去處。

今年為望月設計的新年賀禮包裝,靈感來自書畫中的春天風景,設計以新古典風格揉合水墨與大自然中的花鳥松魚。
透過帶詩意的視覺語言,展現春天到來時生機勃勃的光景,象徵新一年充滿生機與希望。

以中式年花作題材蝴蝶酥系列,分別用上菊花、芍藥和桃花,送上寓意長壽、富貴和人緣的祝福。

Inspired by the spring landscapes depicted in traditional paintings, the design blends neoclassical style with elements of ink painting and nature, such as flowers, fish, pines, and birds.
Through a poetic visual language, it showcases the lively scenes of spring’s arrival, symbolizing a new year full of life and hope.

在春光明媚的時分,漣漪下自得其樂的鯉魚悠遊其中。繁花盛放的水面上,蜻蜓翩翩掠過,宛若在花間輕舞。
The illustration for the cookie gift box series portrays the scenery of a spring lakeside.
In the bright spring sunlight, carp swim joyfully beneath the ripples. Across the blossom-covered water surface, dragonflies gracefully skim, as if dancing among the flowers.
