Welcome to 2025!! Through the challenges and difficulties in 2024, I have become braver to stand up and speak up for others and for myself. Through the death of three people in my life in the last four months of 2024, I know how much I missed them, and how grateful and blessed I am to have them in my life. Dealing with losses comes with unbearable pain and heartache as well as the appreciation of life. With all the learning in 2024, my intention in 2025 is to be more intentional to continue in crafting a meaningful life that I want within my capacity to love and care of myself wholeheartedly, to stay connected with people whom I dearly love and care about, and to support my amazingly strong and courageous clients with the appropriate care.
