Childpsy - Assessment and Learning ChildPsy provides consultation, assessment and treatment to children with special education needs.

ChildPsy is a multi-disciplinary center which provides support to students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social needs. We offer psycho-educational assessments, counseling, literacy support, occupational therapy, play therapy, and speech and language therapy services. We support children of all ages, beginning before formal schooling age and well into their teen years. We are conveniently located in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong (1 minute from Exit A2 Kowloon Tong MTR).

On August 18, 2026, our Senior Occupational Therapist, Ms. Kristan Leung, led an inspiring teacher workshop at Kingston International School on “Sensory Integration in the Classroom”. Teachers explored how sensory processing impacts motor development, emotion regulation, and attention across different year groups.

✨ Community Outing Recap! ✨

We are pleased to share a recap of our recent community outing to Super Sports Park, guided by our Occupational Therapist, Ms. Kristan. 📍

During this excursion, our students practiced valuable life skills by navigating the MTR network and independently planning their travel route. 🚇🗺️ The day concluded with engaging physical activities at the park and a group buffet meal. 🏃‍♂️🍽️
Thank you to everyone who made this trip a successful and meaningful learning experience. ✨

本中心早前舉辦了 Super Sports Park 社區適應活動，在職業治療師 Ms. Kristan 的帶領下圓滿結束。📍

Our students enjoyed hands-on learning time during mailing activities at our Life Skills Training Summer Camp 2026. Even though today many people use phones and other electronic devices, mail is still a meaningful part of life.

On this day, students learned to write the address on a postcard and experienced the excitement of mailing their cards. 💙🌟

🎙️ Panel Talk at Victoria Shanghai Academy

On May 26, 2026, our clinical director Dr. Hennis attended the VSA panel discussion themed “The Architecture of Play.”

Guests from different backgrounds—including athletes, play therapist, DJ, and game developer—shared insights on what play can look like, why it matters, and how parents can support children in ways that help them benefit while still feeling free to explore. 🌿🧠

Dr. Hennis focused on free play and unstructured play, and their connection to mental wellbeing—highlighting how children thrive when they’re given space to create, try, and learn through their own play.

Grateful for the meaningful conversation and the chance to contribute to this important dialogue about children’s development. 🙌
