A: Peak hours at the lounge bring long queues and tight turnarounds. I stay calm by prioritizing tasks and maintaining clear communication with my team.

Q3: What advice would you give to NCS job seekers in Hong Kong who are looking for a meaningful career?
A: Embrace your multilingual and multicultural background—it’s a huge asset! Speak confidently, appreciate your cultural sensitivity, and don't hesitate to start in customer-facing roles to build experience.

A: Learning from the cockpit crew about their intense schedules and discovering just how many multiple flights they have to operate in a single day!

A: I live by my grandfather's advice: "Help those in need from your heart, without expecting anything in return." I focus on understanding what is bothering the guest and use my knowledge to do my absolute best to help them.

Q3: What advice would you give to NCS job seekers in Hong Kong who are looking for a meaningful career?
A: Trying won't hurt! Stepping out of your comfort zone gives you the strength to stay resilient and opens the door to learning brand-new things.

【工程夢飛航 ✈️】
香港國際機場第二航廈於昨天5月27日正式啟用，這不僅是基建升級，機場更是無數追夢者的起點🏃🏻‍♂️。來自巴基斯坦的Taha從修讀工程管理科學碩士到投入飛機工程公司開始執照實習🎓➡️🛠️，他以努力學粵語、參加本機構營運的「 Extra Mile 里・想高飛」之「先鋒」計劃，一步步走近夢想✨。碰上 #少數族裔 人士常會遇到的語言與文化差異的挑戰時，Taha選擇用專業的知識與友善的態度回應💪。在同儕與導師支持下，他終於把頭頂掠過的「鐵鳥」，變成親手維護的飛機🛫～
