Journey into Nepal with us on a 10-day, 9-night experience combining local culture, Himalayan landscapes and sound healing. 🇳🇵
We will be joining a locally organized Nepal tour hosted by Mokysha. This journey goes beyond sightseeing, offering an immersive experience of singing bowl healing, meditation, yoga, Thangka art and Nepalese traditions.

認識你的導師- Kalyan Krishna Tamrakar
國際知名頌缽大師，來自傳承三代、擁有逾百年經驗的頌缽世家。自1981年起經營 Cottage Craft Nepal 頌缽工場，將傳統智慧、製作工藝與聲學原理融入教學。
他曾跟隨喜馬拉雅瑜伽士及傳統大師學習超過40年，並擁有逾15年全職音療及教學經驗。今次課程將由 Kalyan 大師親自設計及教授，以實作和互動方式帶領學員體驗頌缽的聲音與振動。

Meet Your Teacher - Kalyan Krishna Tamrakar
An internationally renowned singing bowl master from a third-generation family with over a century of singing bowl heritage. Since 1981, he has operated Cottage Craft Nepal, combining traditional wisdom, craftsmanship and acoustic principles in his teaching.
With over 40 years of study under Himalayan yogis and traditional masters, and more than 15 years of full-time sound healing and teaching experience, Master Kalyan will personally design and lead this hands-on, interactive programme.

🔊如果聲音可以被看見會是怎樣？
當頌缽被敲響，缽身產生振動，振動傳遞到水中，就會形成片中所見的波紋與流動

〰️其實聲音本身就是一種振動
當我們進行聲療(Sound Healing)時，聽到的不單止是頌缽的聲音。當頌缽靠近身體演奏，聲音與振動亦可以透過空氣，以及與身體直接接觸的方式被感受到。

人體本身有很大部分由水分組成，當聲音接觸身體時，聲波所產生的振動亦可以傳遞到身體組織之中。不過，體內並不會像影片中的缽水一樣，出現完全相同的波紋與流動。缽中的水讓振動變得肉眼可見，是一個簡單的示範，幫助我們理解。

所以有時候 Sound Healing 帶來的體驗，不只是「聽到一個聲音」，而是讓自己停下來，專注於聲音、振動、呼吸，以及當下身體的感受

🔊 What if you could see sound?
When a singing bowl is played, the bowl begins to vibrate. These vibrations travel through the water, creating the ripples and movement you see in the video.

〰️ Sound itself is a form of vibration.
During Sound Healing, you’re not just hearing the sound of the singing bowls. When a bowl is played close to the body, sound and vibration travel through the air, and when the bowl is placed directly on the body, the vibrations can also be physically felt.

The human body is largely made up of water, and when sound reaches the body, its vibrations can travel through our tissues. This doesn’t mean that the water inside our body moves in exactly the same way as the water in the bowl. Instead, the water makes these vibrations visible, a simple way to help us understand something we would normally only hear or feel.

That’s why Sound Healing isn’t always just about listening to a sound. It can also be a moment to slow down and bring your attention back to the sound, the vibrations, your breathing, and how your body feels in the present moment.

傳統上，鼠尾草常被用於薰香及空間淨化。
點燃鼠尾草，讓草本香氣慢慢散開，再打開窗戶保持空氣流通，像是為生病幾天後的空間重新 Refresh 一次✨

🌿鼠尾草主要用作薰香及空間淨化儀式，如需要實際消毒殺菌，記得配合適當嘅清潔及消毒方法。

這數天尼泊爾的新聞，我相信令很多人心也碎了， 大地母親的一個震撼讓多少人失去生命和家園

身邊有很多帶着愛的朋友，一直在詢問我有沒有尼泊爾那一邊捐款的途徑。尼泊爾政府剛出了一個政府為一的捐款途徑，所有捐款全數用作這一次災害的救援及善後工作。

有錢出錢有力出力，不論你是那一個宗教，都希望你可以和我們一起祝福尼泊爾能救出更多的人，逝去者安息🙏🏻，失去家園的人可以早日重建新的家。

The news from Nepal over the past few days, I believe, has broken many people’s hearts. A tremor from Mother Earth has cost so many their lives and their homes.

Many friends around me, filled with love and concern, have been asking if there are any donation channels for Nepal. The Nepalese government has just released an official, government-only donation channel, with all funds going entirely toward rescue and relief efforts for this disaster.

For those who can give, please give; for those who can help, please help. Regardless of your religion, I hope you can join us in sending blessings to Nepal—that more lives may be saved, that the departed may rest in peace 🙏🏻, and that those who have lost their homes may rebuild anew as soon as possible.

伴住海浪節拍與頌缽共振，展開一場海邊聲音療癒之旅

•頌缽聲音療癒：透過銅缽共振聲波，放鬆神經與肌肉張力
・引導式身體掃描：跟隨聲音引導，覺察並釋放身體深層壓
・海邊水聲共振：融入海浪與海風的頻率，與大自然同頻放

在鹹鹹海風中，讓身心隨著聲波深度放鬆，找回內在的平靜與柔軟

集合地點：東涌地鐵站B出口
集合時間：15:00準時集合

1. 15:00 東涌地鐵站B出口集合點報到、點名
2. 15:15 帶領大家一同搭乘前往長沙海灘的巴士
3.統一乘車、集體前往活動場地，不用自行找路
4.如自行選擇乘坐巴士可選在東涌站巴士總站坐11號，在長
沙下村下車
