Bailey係我人生第一個請回來嘅同事
正值2015年INUF搬入第一間「實體店」
本來只有我同PT幫下手嘅細佬
工作量大到發現原來有請人幫手嘅需要
於是細佬便喺學校找來坐佢後面嘅Bailey
一齊過嚟放學做part time 一日三四粒鐘咁
呢十多年來我in過好多人
只有in Bailey係最深刻
因為佢係我人生第一次in人
佢話佢好緊張
其實我都好鬼死緊張
我仲要佢用英文自我介紹 （🤣😅）
（從此以後未試過要人講英文😂😂）
但佢當刻一啲都冇淆底 態度亦好好
所以我即場請咗佢
自此我無啦啦要學人做老闆
自此三條友嘅 成形
我、細佬、Bailey
2015年嘅INUF一點規模都冇
Bailey除咗要幫手執online orders執貨
基本上乜嘢都要做
例如幫我買鮮榨橙汁 有時沖吓咖啡
交電費 買文具 應付吓行入嚟嘅客人
亦舉行咗第一次排晒長龍嘅
我結婚前同天佑好低調咁拍拖8年
除咗好親密嘅朋友同屋企人之外冇人知
2015呢一年年尾我其實我仲要結婚
婚禮前有好多準備功夫
Bailey唔知個新郎係乜水而幫手準備好多嘢
例如幫手綁嗰幾百封囍帖
直到佢出席婚禮嗰一刻先恍然大悟
嗰日我最驚訝嘅係佢竟然封利是俾我（🤣😱）
隨即INUF嘅發展速度真係好快
Bailey畢業後亦開始返嚟做Full time
頭嗰幾年淨係locations都換好多個
亦開始請更多同事幫手
但始終我最信賴嘅一定係佢
基本上我乜都係搵佢做
以前甚至凌晨會send message俾佢
佢都會秒覆咁滯
INUF一切都係咁樣hehehurhur地撞出嚟
直到佢有BB同放產假
我要學習delegate工作俾其他同事
我要學習點樣唔喺non biz hours搵同事
我要學習如何令公司有架構一點
我自己都必須要keep up with INUF急速成長
呢咁多年來最常聽到其他同事微言我偏心Bailey
偏心未必 不過當有一個人喺你萬事起頭難時
叫佢做就做到 （好唔好係另外一回事😂）
用自己嘅時間, loyalty同dedication同你併
呢啲叫信賴 亦係一個老闆好睇重嘅一樣嘢
近年來公司叫做已經好structured
大部分嘅東西都有規有矩
我亦由一個無啦啦要學人做老闆嘅老闆
變成一個真係要諗好多方方面面嘅老闆
以前我曾經會為同事離職而有agony
現在深深明白到一切有始有終
尤其近年修行後對世事更透徹理解
亦好有信心我只要肯用心去學習同實踐
宇宙一定會為我開啟我要行嘅方向
感謝周Bailey讓我學習如何成為一個老闆
多謝你呢11年對我同INUF嘅dedication
望住你由死𡃁妹一名變成好媽媽
以及你人生旅途上嘅跌跌碰碰
我相信你人生由而家起正式開始啟航了
Dear Bailey,
It is hard to believe it has been over ten years since we started working together. As you wrap up your time here, I want to thank you for your loyalty and for being a part of building INUF alongside me. When I look back on the past decade, I will always remember the early days at our first location in Hung Hom, especially the many times we shared a big laugh over that restaurant next door with all the aunties and uncles singing crazy nostalgic karaoke.
Starting here fresh out of school and staying for a decade is a rare kind of dedication. As I’ve mentioned to you before, I think it is so important to experience the real world outside of these walls, and I am so glad you are finally taking this leap. I truly want nothing but the best for you as you explore this new chapter.
Wishing you a wonderful brand new life and lots of joy with your son. Thank you again, Bailey, and I hope our paths cross again in the future.
