Looking back and scrolling through photos of our retreats made me realise something… wellness here is not beige.

It’s not a perfect IG backdrop or a matching uniform.
Wellness here is colourful.
It’s raw life stories, family dinners, incredibly wise humans, big characters, belly laughs, spontaneous dance parties, juicy popsicles, cookies, puppies and birds, the occasional cat scratch, salty messy hair, hugs, vulnerable talks, and tears.

Wellness, for us, is all about balance.
And balance means something different for everyone. For some it’s quiet and sleep. For some it’s community and belly laughs. For all of it, it’s presence.

Instead of beige, we always choose authenticity — a place where we can grow and learn together.

🌕✨ Full Moon in Libra magic🪄

The first rains of the season arrived here in Guanacaste last afternoon, and oh, it feels so good.
The plants are drinking it in, the crabs started to migrate, and the air smells like the earth finally exhaled.

This Full Moon brought more than the rain. It brought a full circle (and our cat back home 🐈‍⬛).

Our Women’s Retreat in Costa Rica is officially SOLD OUT. 🙏🏽🌿

After a short Semana Santa rest, we’ll be back and I honestly cannot wait to hold space for this next group of women. The circle, the land, the magic that happens when women gather here…
