OUR TRADITION
The plantation is located in an isolated location near the town of Muntić, which falls under the Istrian mayor of P**a in the west. The trees grow just under 10km north of the fresh Adriatic Sea, providing them with an additional source of slight Mediterranean aftertaste.
A deep respect for the territory, which remained unchanged along with the work of the ancient Nesactium. The fortified ancient capital of the Histrians in southern Istria at the current location of Vizača between the villages of Muntić and Valtura, about ten kilometers east of P**a.
OLIVES ARE GROWN IN A COMPLETELY NATURAL WAY, BY HAND-PICKING THE FRUIT AND EXCLUSIVELY BY COLD OIL EXTRACTION PROCESSES.
