I'm increasingly convinced that true Tai Chi isn't about performing movements, but rather the body's natural movements within balance.
Breathing, center of gravity, upper and lower body coordination, and the shift between tension and relaxation—all are contained within a single, simple movement.
It's not about deliberately "practicing," but about allowing the body to rediscover a natural state.
Practicing quietly at the beach, during a walk, or for a while makes my body feel much more comfortable.
