Consciousness is an interesting concept idea. Through prayer, meditation, reading specific material , listening to specific material, connecting with nature, eating good clean healthy food, the company you keep, all contributes to raising your vibration. The stronger your light becomes, the more you will attract "moths" , individuals or situations, that try and distract you from yr path. Part of this journey is releasing people, events, past trauma from a cellular level so that you may grow Spiritually and thrive as per your birthright. The sad part is, sometimes these people are our family, friends, or aquaintances. Through the use of thoughts, words and "spelling" these people create energy blockages and interference in our subtle energy bodies which slow us down or harm us.
