My passion is helping others achieve optimal health and well-being by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Struggling in life and relationships had been a constant theme for me, therefore after so many failed relationships I hit rock bottom and found myself in deep depression, which was a huge motivation for me to change the way I feel about myself and let go of unresolved iss

ues. My life changed completely after my first Theta Healing® session in 2016. Eventually found the answers I had been seeking. The gentle power of this technique has helped me resolve traumas, heal emotionally and grow spiritually. Throughout my personal development process I realized a deep desire and felt ready to meet my divine soulmate, long story short, I did! We married two years ago and raising a beautiful babygirl together. As a Theta Healing® Teacher I am passionate about helping others experience the same transformation. I’ve witnessed people overcome abuse, trauma, betrayal, depression and other mental health issues. If you are ready to make an empowered shift in your life, I look forward to working with you.
