Hi...I have created by demand a series of workshops exploring the shamanic healing potential of Essential Oils combining my 35 years of knowledge of using essential oils on patients in a clinic, Shamanism and Psychology to unlock deep seated emotions and patterns within you.

Friday 30th August

Releasing your inner stress, fears and worries.
Explore how to release your fears and worries using Aromatherapy breathe control exercises, thought patterns, self massage and meditation.
Explore the essential oils that will work on, open and release your fears and worries so you can explore life to the fullest.
Using simple psychological tools, you'll see how easy it is to let go of your worries and be the person you've always wanted to be.

Friday 6th Sepember

Releasing your self-loathing and learn how to love yourself
How to create and believe in positive *I Am* statements
Explore the oils that will gently bring to the surface the incidences that led you to not like yourself and how the oils can help you release them so you feel strong and full of love for yourself.
Learn which oils help you recognise your self worth, how to say no and how to receive in life instead of giving all the time.

Saturday 14th September

Learn the art of blending, how to put intent and positive energy into you essential oil blends to allow the ingredients to merge and heal with synergy.
Make and create your own cold cream using Galens natural recipe from the 2nd century.
Work with the essential oils own subtle bodies to help pe*****te through the psyche to release hidden emotions that could be holding you back in life.
All of these workshops are £120 for the day and include lunch and a bottle of essential oil to take home to further the healing that has been started in the workshop.
