Sziasztok!
Zsuzsi vagyok, gyógytornász-fizioterapeuta, pilates instruktor.
A mozgás mindig is része volt az életemnek, legtöbbször tánc formájában. A koreográfia, a zene és mozdulatok összehangoltságában találtam meg leginkább önmagam.
Úgy gondolom, a pilates is ugyanezt az egyensúlyt és művészi vonalat képviseli.
Óráimon szeretném kihozni mindenkiből a maximumot, hogy együtt tapasztalhassuk meg a mozgás örömét ✨️🤗

Hi everyone!
I’m Zsuzsi, a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
Movement has always been a part of my life, mostly through dance. I found myself in the harmony of choreography, music, and movement.
I believe Pilates reflects this same sense of balance and artistry.
In my classes, my goal is to bring out the best in everyone, so we can experience the joy of movement together ✨🤗
