BABA's stemmed from the passions of two siblings to live happily, sustainably and in harmony with nature. By establishing differing backgrounds and education, yet sharing the same vision and practices, Matthew and Rebecca brought together their approaches to provide a wholistic and restorative approach to planetary and human health. Whilst growing up be

tween Wales and Hong Kong, they were able to explore the varying arts of living adopted by different cultures, and also glimpse into the severe effects of environmental disconnection around the world. baba's was created in gratitude to this opportunity and with the urgency of a global life-style change.

Their offerings, based are provided in-person in London and Hong Kong and online. In the future, they hope to create a natural permaculture-based healing centre to share their services with the growing conscious community worldwide.

Practising choosing myself, one moment at a time.

I’m sharing these here, even if it feels super vulnerable and exposing, because I believe if I’m experiencing these difficulties (and accomplishments) I am probably not the only one, and after what seems an endless period of studying my relational dynamics, it is shocking that I am only NOW realising how crazy deep my people-pleasing as a woman goes.

I want to be part of the movement that makes ‘no’ safe for all people in this world, especially for women who have learnt that saying ‘no’ is a potential attack waiting to happen.

Hope this makes some ripples anyway... Happy self-care everyone 🤍
