I just posted a video on YouTube that went viral on Instagram: here’s what happened

A city worker stopped to ask me how I stay this fit.

I told him:

“Doing this.”

Playing.
Climbing.
Hanging.
Moving.
Exploring.

Like a kid at recess.

Then he asked how old I was.

“57.”

He looked stunned and said:

“I used to be like that.”

I told him:

“It’s not too late, bro.”

Because it isn’t.

Most people don’t stop moving because they get old.

They get old because they stop moving.

Your body still wants challenge.
It still wants play.
It still wants adventure.

Age is real.
But so is adaptation.

Keep moving.
