One of the questions I get asked most often is...
“What if I’m not flexible?”
Closely followed by...
“What if I’ve never done yoga before?”
“What if everyone else is better than me?”
“What if I can’t keep up?”
The truth is, you don’t need to be flexible to join us on retreat.
You don’t need to have done yoga before.
You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or know what you’re doing.
Our classes are designed for all levels, and every movement can be modified to suit your body.
What matters most isn’t how flexible you are.
It’s being open to trying something new.
One of my favourite things about retreat is watching women arrive feeling nervous about stepping onto a yoga mat, only to discover how much they enjoy slowing down, moving their bodies, and taking time for themselves.
There is no competition here.
No comparison.
No pressure to be anything other than yourself.
Just a group of incredible women supporting each other, sharing new experiences, and creating memories together.
