Inspiring to say the least! Yesterday we had this legend Christine So 蘇慈悅 show up for our Saturday class. She told me as walked into class “hey I’m adaptive and I said no worries we will help you out!” But as we all warmed up I just felt so moved and inspired by her that I had to bring her up and just have a chat and get the rest of the crew to feel the same!

We often preach here that we are here as coaches BUILDING BETTER HUMANS and we are blessed with these able bodies and we need to honor them. No matter what is thrown at them! Christine So 蘇慈悅 is a shining example of that! Nothing can stop a determined and willing person.

To watch her join our Saturday smasher was just a treat! I had a quick chat with her after to get to know about more about her! What a legend!
