happy september equinox 🌗

a time to slow down, and re-balance

while we’re welcoming the fall equinox here in the northern hemisphere, the southern hemisphere is experiencing the exact opposite, the beginning of spring. as we move into fall, they move into a season of new growth and rebirth. it’s a beautiful reminder of the balance of nature. while one half of the earth begins to slow down, turn inward, and let go, the other is waking up, blooming, and beginning again

life updates from the florida panhandle ~

laws are ever changing in indonesia and there are many new regulations + delays with most of us expats not knowing when or even how we can renew our work permits (kitas), while i wait i’ve decided to stay in florida for the next few months

i get to spend half my time on my besties farm in the woods and half at a beach house in 30a, working the seaside farmers markets weekly and meeting the wonderful local community here

i hope to spend this time working on myself and new programs and with the beautiful land and waters here

i plan to be back in bali around december, but we’ll see where the wheel of fate leads me ✨ xoxo

Join me this Sunday at Inner Bliss Yoga in Rocky River for an afternoon of deep rest, release, and restoration.

We’ll begin with a slow and grounding Yin Yoga practice, holding supported poses for several minutes to invite the body to soften and the mind to become still.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other sound healing instruments.

We’ll also explore Biomagnetism, using pairs of positive and negative polarity magnets with the intention of supporting balance within the body’s electromagnetic field.
