If you feel energy that is stuck or words that went unsaid….things you wished you could have said but you never got to release it.
If you missed the opportunity to express your truth or meet that person or situation to really express how you felt, consider writing it OUT of your system. Literally! Journaling is a powerful tool for emotional release and clarity. Putting your thoughts onto paper helps you process what’s been on your mind, shift that stuck energy, and to unburden the load you could’ve been carrying.
And if you choose to burn what you’ve written, it becomes a ritual of letting go. The fire represents transformation, helping you release what no longer serves you, from old stories, emotions, attachments, or painful experiences.
It’s not about erasing the past, but freeing yourself from its weight.
Write it out. Feel it. Release it. Let the fire carry it away. You may even want to send Ho’oponopono whilst you’re at it. So freeing. So healing. Good luck with this! If you happen to be doing this round the time of a full moon (that’s now), it makes this process even more profound.
