There are parts of my life that I keep offline intentionally and for a long time I worried that made me less 'authentic'.

If I'm not sharing everything, am I even real??

Here's what I want you to know... authenticity isn't about volume. It's not about how much you share or how raw you can go or whether you bring people into every corner of your life.

It's about whether what you do share is true and everything I put on this page is true. It's me. It's real.

I'm also a human being with a life outside this phone and some of that life isn't mine to share.

So if you've been holding back from showing up online because you don't want to share everything - I want you to know that's not what's required.

You get to draw the line wherever feels right and you can still being something real and successful behind it.

Your boundaries aren't the problem, the all or nothing thinking is. So show up with what's true and that's enough 🩷🩷

Building a business online can be one of the most rewarding things you’ll ever do ... but it can also be brutal, lonely and soul crushing 🤪

About 3 months ago, I was so over Instagram. It stopped feeling inspiring and started feeling repetitive, forced and exhausting to be on.

So I decided to try these things and everything shifted for me and how I feel about this app!

Instagram doesn't need to be so serious. Making it casual again by posting what you want and when you want will be a game changer for you here.

Instagram should be fun !! If you never take it seriously, you never get hurt. If you never get hurt, you always have fun 🤩

If you’re in a saturated market, that’s not bad news ... it’s validation. 👌🏻👌🏻

A crowded market means people are already buying, already searching and already investing. The demand exists so your job isn’t to create it ... it’s to stand out within it.
