The final day of APICS 2026 concluded on an inspiring note with engaging plenaries on Generational Learning: Training, Retaining and Thriving Across Career Stages, Community Critical Care, and the global lessons shared through Sepsis Australia’s national programme. Delegates also attended the APICS Assistance Fund Presentations, which highlighted initiatives advancing critical care across the region.
Beyond the plenary halls, participants engaged in the Critical Care Outreach Workshop, the Indonesia–Singapore–China Intensive Care Medicine Exchange Forum, and the NCS Asia-Oceania Regional Summit, fostering practical learning, international collaboration, and the continued advancement of neurocritical care.
The symposium culminated with the closing plenary, “The Year in Review – ICU Literature You Shouldn’t Miss,” followed by a memorable Closing Ceremony honouring this year’s award recipients and the collective achievements of the critical care community.
