Our June declaration

This month, I choose to trust the unfolding of my path, even when I cannot yet see the whole picture.

I release the need to force, chase, control, or prove. I soften into the wisdom of divine timing and allow life to meet me with grace.

I honour the woman I have become and the woman I am still becoming.

I choose self-respect over self-sacrifice.I choose peace over pressure.I choose presence over perfection.

I open myself to deeper love, authentic connection, meaningful opportunities, and unexpected blessings.

May this month bring healing where there has been hurt, clarity where there has been confusion, and courage where there has been fear.

I trust my intuition.I trust my journey.I trust that what is meant for me is already finding its way to me.

June is a month of expansion, alignment, and sacred remembering.

I am worthy.I am supported.I am guided.

The women who change the world are not always the loudest.
Sometimes they are the ones quietly rebuilding themselves after heartbreak.
After divorce.
After betrayal.
After raising children.
After years of abandoning themselves to keep everyone else comfortable.

And then one day…
something awakens.

She stops apologising for taking up space.
She stops shrinking her needs.
She stops believing her softness is weakness.

She remembers who she was before the world told her to be smaller.

There is a generation of women rising right now in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who are no longer asking for permission to live fully.
Women reclaiming joy. Sensuality. Wisdom. Creativity. Sisterhood. Spirituality. Purpose.

And honestly?
The world needs them.

Because healed women heal generations.
Awakened women awaken other women.
And women who finally love themselves become unstoppable.

There is a kind of power that only comes with age.
Not the power of striving… but the power of remembering.

Women in their 50s are not fading.
They are entering their Queen years.

The years where the mask begins to fall away.
Where people-pleasing becomes exhausting.
Where intuition becomes louder than expectation.
Where a woman finally starts asking:

What do I actually want?
Who am I beneath all the roles I have carried?

There is a sacred fire that awakens in women during menopause and post-menopause.
Not a breakdown… a rebirth.

And our world desperately needs these women.

We need women who have lived.
Women who have loved, lost, grieved, rebuilt, healed, mothered, created, survived, and risen again.

We need the elders.
The wise women.
The crones.
The women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s carrying medicine that cannot be learned from a book or a podcast or a social media quote.

Because younger women are starving for real wisdom.
For grounded feminine leadership.
For women who can hold them and say:

“I have walked through the fire too.”

In ancient times, older women were revered.
They were the healers, the guides, the keepers of ritual, stories, intuition, and truth.

But somewhere along the way society taught women to fear aging… instead of honouring it.

Yet there is nothing more beautiful than a woman who has become fully herself.

A woman who no longer abandons herself to be accepted.
A woman who knows her worth.
A woman who speaks with depth because life has shaped her.

This is not the end of a woman’s power.
This is often the beginning of it.

And perhaps one of the greatest healings that can happen in our world…
is younger women sitting beside older women once again.
Listening. Learning. Remembering.

The wise women are needed now more than ever.

Wise Women Circles online begin May 31st…Because apparently healing is more fun when a group of women over 50 gather under a Full Moon saying things like:

“Does anyone else suddenly want to sell all their belongings and move to Tuscany?”

…while simultaneously discussing hormones, spirituality, boundaries, soul purpose, and why we all now need magnesium before bed.

No pressure.No pretending.No performing.

Just wise women gathering to laugh, heal, share stories, cry occasionally, and remember who they are beneath all the roles they’ve carried for everyone else.

Honestly, it’s part sacred circle, part group therapy, part cosmic girls’ night. 🌕✨

And somehow… deeply transformational.
