Its not about skipping meals, its not about eating tasteless food that each time you take a spoonful you feel like puking, its not about being a vegetarian or vegan, eating one healthy meal doesn't make you a healthy person. Never ever skip a meal because its not good for you, being healthy means overload deliciousness, if it doesn't taste good, throw it away. Eating tons of vegetables and fruits
is healthy for you, but so is taking your milk, eggs, lean meats and healthy fats all together, trust me, your body needs more than just fruits and vegetables. Having a big bowl of salad for dinner is good for you, but so is eating KFC in the middle of the night because you can't sleep and having a huge craving for the crispy skin, once in a while I'm told. Eat chicken breast steak instead of frozen fish, eat sirloin instead of beef meatballs, yes gobble the fat too!! Eat your multi-grains and pesticide free vegetables, as in getting your hands on organic vegetables might be very expensive. A glass of milk everyday goes a long way. And taking protein in the morning helps to reduce your nasty cravings until lunch. Don't skip breakfast, a huge breakfast can give you the abs you've always wanted.
