I’m really excited to announce that I’ll be working with Glove Up Retreats!

My love of martial arts started years ago when I was first introduced to Muay Thai in Thailand. I’ve been training in and following the sport ever since, and I’ve spent the last six years working on women’s retreats across Asia, including three years helping to run women’s combat retreats focused on empowerment, confidence, and connection.

Martial arts is so much more to me than just a sport, and working with so many incredible women to create spaces where they can step into their strength and feel fully supported is something I’m so grateful to be part of.

I can’t wait to welcome you all to my home in Bali this June!
