So many good memories here. The most exquisite vegan Taiwanese food . Something seemed different. The laughing from under a cap I never saw her without, passionate, absolutely dedicated chef Demi, wasn't to be heard. Stacks of lunchboxes ready for delivery were missing, there was a hole where the piles of Taiwanese fruits once were. There was no one who would peel a pomelo, and like a hat, place the skin on my head. The ๅฐ็ฃ็‰›่‚‰้ข was excellent, but something was off.
ๅนนไฝ  Covid.
Rest in peace Demi. I'll be getting you to show me how to cook those noodles one day.
