SUN-day blessings, beloveds.
Deep in the 21 Stages of Meditation retreat in Sri Lanka, I have not been able to post. Taking a few minutes now to reconnect with you, before Day 7 lesson begins. We had Aquarian Sadhana at the rooftop this morning and it was beautiful!
Let's have a look at anger. We tend to think of anger as a "bad" or "negative" emotion, to be avoided at all cost. But, in my role as a holistic health practitioner, I learned a long time ago that anger is the first step of healing depression and indifference, that feeling of anger turned within or not knowing what to do.
