Our studio is a welcoming home for anyone of any ages, fitness levels wanting to experience the happiness of Yoga. Whether it is through a vigorous flow class, a hot sweaty class, a relaxing Slow session, mind-body connection practice, or a gong meditation session. We know that for first time yogi or visitor to practice in a new studio can be a scary experience, but we’re all about making it easy,

accessible and fun for you as you set off on your yoga journey with us, and we keep it small, intimate and friendly space. Through our classes, workshops, trainings and events, we encourage you to be healthy, happy, holly and connect with yourself, others in community and environment. Feel free to drop in to any class, any time, without advance notice. Or you can join our regularly scheduled yogaretreats/workshops/holiday/trainings by internationally well known teachers.
