Thanks so much I will wear it with pride both for it’s simple beauty and what it represents 🙏
This brand was started by one of the most inspiring ladies in my life, both before and after her and her family went through her sons bone marrow transplant 3 years ago. With Flynn now in remission has been created to offer hope, connection and give back to other families with 10% of every item going direct to children facing cancer and blood disorders.
Missing spending time with you Loz with both of us living so far apart for so many years now but loving hearing how healthy and happy you and your boys are now ❤️❤️😘

Practice with a view 💙
We’ve just been lucky enough to spend the past 3 weeks camping off the grid in this most beautiful of places.
I’ve been finding it harder lately to practice around work and especially anything longer than a few postures or a quick meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️
It’s always good to get some motivation with an awesome partner and a space that automatically creates mindfulness 😌
Now to keep this momentum back home and start planning the next adventure ⛺️⛱🧘🏽‍♀️🏄🏽‍♂️☀️

CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT 🧘🏽‍♀️

Yin Yoga
Thursday 11th Feb
6:30 - 7:30pm
Wanangkura Stadium

Yin is a slower paced yoga practice with longer holds. This yoga practice targets the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

It also provides the space and time to reconnect with your body and mind 😌

Taught my first yoga class since Fiji tonight and am loving being back at it. It’s good to know it’s all still with me 😂
This is no longer my full time job but it is my passion. While I don’t need the extra money, I do need to keep doing what I love and I’m so happy be able to share this again.
